Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an individual for a Regular position as a Manager, Large Customer Accounts in the Customer Service Division.
Manager, Large Customer Accounts : Job Purpose:
Lead the Key Accounts (Large Customers) servicing team to deliver significant contributions to OUCs strategic goals primarily through increased revenues, a larger customer base, sustainability initiatives, and enhanced customer experience. Develop and execute effective strategic account management plans for Key Accounts intended to deepen the business relationship, increase revenue, and provide value. Create sales strategies, targets, and action plans for program opportunities with OUC non:regulated services; provide insights and direction on development and implementation of new programs, products, services, and technologies aligned with Key Account customer needs and expectations. Collaborate with other departments and peers to optimize policies, procedures, and other business processes.
Manager, Large Customer Accounts : Primary Functions:
:
Develop and implement the strategic account management function for the companys Key Accounts;
:
Facilitate the creation of Key Account Plans with customer:specific profile and portfolio; identify opportunities and relevant products, service offerings and technologies, growth and retention targets, and timelines; develop a communication strategy within the Key Account Plans, to include messages, frequencies, and methodologies for interacting with the Key Account customer, established goals for proactive contacts and for relationship management;

Create an overarching sales strategy with forecasts/targets for OUC products and services, including non:regulated services, taking into account sales cycles; ensure these align with OUC strategic priorities and drive increased revenue, customer satisfaction, and sustainability; for each Key Account, create a tailored sales strategy for growth and retention including sales goals;
:
Develop a process to utilize customer data to perform analysis for growth and/or retention and to provide value added recommendations to Key Account customers and OUC stakeholders; leverage Key Account data and learnings across industries and market segments to increase revenue and or recommend new products, services, and technologies;
:
Provide staff supervision, guidance, and support; provide coaching and professional development; facilitate industry, account planning sales and technical training; complete performance evaluations;
:
Engage in frequent and direct interaction with large, Key Account customers, developers, their agents, and Stakeholders; independently determine required course of action to manage relationships in complex and dynamic situations;
:
Ensure that Key Account relationships are enhanced and their needs and expectations are understood, anticipated, and met with minimal customer effort and maximum positive impact;
:
Create and/or coordinate opportunities to promote OUC by means of: reputation, sustainability, products and, services, technologies and ability to add value to both existing and potential new accounts;
:
Oversee and review the contract administration process, including, but not limited to: review financial analyses of proposed projects for profitability or efficiency gains, review and provide input into proposals and related
agreements/contracts; ensure contract documentation and process are timely and accurate as they traverse various business departments to completion; develop and execute processes to ensure timely delivery of services and proper billing;

Develop and share insights and information by proactive pursuit of knowledge about current and future industry trends, new/upcoming technologies, and awareness of issues in the economic, political, regulatory, and legal arenas that may pertain to OUC, its large accounts and/or sales and retention strategies; assist in identifying new busi
