Title: Secretary/Admin I - General (SAP) Duration: 03+ Month Contract on W2 Location: Buena Vista FL 32830 Job Description Performs clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents. Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Screens and transfers callers, arranges meetings and may handle travel accommodations. May distribute mail and maintain office supplies. Admin Support for the Resort Team which consists of 2 Area Managers and 8 local managers. Job duties will be ordering supplies, working with Locknetics, Purchase Orders, communication and meeting note documentation. Requires a high school diploma with 2 years+ of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. MUST have strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). SAP experience STRONGLY desired. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must have flexibility with shifts: 6-8 hour shifts from as early as 8 am until as late as 6pm-- In-time is flexible between 8 & 9 am. 3-5+ years of administrative experience. Strong Microsoft Office and SAP experience. High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree\
