The general responsibilities of the Litigation Legal Assistant position include, but are not limited to:

• Telephone communications
• Pleadings / document preparation
• Research
• File organization and management
• Various administrative duties

Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Trial preparation experience mandatory
• Ability to type 70 words per minute
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Familiarization with local rules and procedures
• Federal Court experience is helpful
• Ability to work well in a teamwork-driven environment
