This position provides clericallegal support to a Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC).

Below are examples of duties which may be assigned to this positionby the supervising Judge:

Scans mediation settlement agreements and reports

Maintains final hearing orders for the JCC

Prepares and confirms hearings, meetings, and other JCC events on the calendar

Scans mediation settlement agreements and reports

Archives paper files into PDF format and electronically uploads to iJCC

Monitors for docket and calendar accuracy

Perform docket management functions as required

Generate Notices of pretrial and final hearing through JCC Application

Generate a variety of orders and motions on a daily basis

Check daily e-filings/mail and process accordingly

Perform petition processing functions as required

Schedule hearings as required by the JCC

Answer telephone calls

Prepare and transmit appellate records

Assists with inventory

Successful completion of Level 2 background screening is required for all positions with the Division of Administrative Hearings.
