A property management company in South Orlando is in need of an Administrative Accounting clerk to assist with data entry AR/AP functions for their property management company (high-end / luxurious properties in Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Ilseworth, Lake Nona, etc) along with a diverse mix of commercial properties and other management functions for properties. - Someone with a background in the real estate industry or working for a property management company would be a good fit for their team. - Software utilized: Promise (but any Accounting software is ok. They need someone with the tools in Accounting; but will train on their systems). - MS Office suite package needed and someone familiar with any accounting software could be trained on their systems easily. - Experience staying organized, keeping accurate records, and has a bubbly personality. - Smaller office setting so everyone pitches in where they are able to including answering phones, general office management, sorting mail, writing letters, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
