POSITION DESCRIPTION: Establish and manage business relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers and secondary Connected Automated Vehicle (CAV) manufacturers in relation to the SunTrax CAV program. Develops the necessary policies and procedures to provide direction to the SunTrax program and ensure maximum facility usage.
Create and maintain a business development program to encourage manufacturers and vendors to utilize the SunTrax facility. Engage with private industry to explore and establish partnerships to encourage the development of the SunTrax CAV program.
Provide contractual oversight of an outside facility operator by monitoring day to day operations of the facility.
Prepare and conduct presentations as needed. Prepare written reports, and project summaries as needed.
Respond to all inquiries that are submitted through the SunTrax website, which could include but are not limited to; usage questions; requests for interviews; and general information requests.
Manages the process of adding new business opportunities to SunTrax, which includes vendor/partner selection, product approval and conducting quarterly meeting with vendors/partners.
Conducts complex research, analysis, studies and evaluation in relation to emerging AV technologies.
