This is an excellent opportunity to work with major hospitality accounts in a growing agency. We are seeking a Commerical Lines Account Manager to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
:Oversee execution of account management and retention goals for defined book of business
:Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
:Manage the annual renewal process for accounts, including marketing, negotiation, preparation of renewal anlysis, and proposals.
:Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
:Set follow:up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
:Familiarity with CRM platforms
:Ability to build rapport with clients
:Strong negotiation skills
:Deadline and detail:oriented
:Florida 220 insurance license
:BA/BS ; 4 years of experience in account management or salesCompany Description
